Milk has lots of nutrients such as vitamins D, A, B2 and B12, phosphorous, electrolytes and bone-building calcium, all of which must be maintained while exercising. Honey provides a natural source of energy because the carbohydrates in it supply fuel to the body.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Kiwi [chopped] - 1 medium
  • Papaya [sliced] - 2 to 3 
  • Orange Juice - 30 ml 
  • Sweet cream - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 30 ml 
  • Cinnamon (optional) - ½ tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend the fruits for 1 min, add orange juice, then add milk, and cinnamon powder. Step 2 Pour it into a glass. Add cream on top.  Step 3 Enjoy!
