Adding lemon to coriander would not only enhance the taste but would also help in a number of health benefits and weight loss. Lemon is rich in pectin, a substance which helps in losing weight. INGREDIENTS:
  • Coriander leaves - 1 cup 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Water - 1 glass
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Finely chop the coriander leaves and add them to a grinder until it forms a fine paste.  Step 2 Add the lemon juice to the coriander and mix well. Heat the water in a pan until it comes to a lukewarm temperature.  Step 3 Add the lemon and coriander mixture to the water and consume it.  Step 4 Make sure that you drink this on an empty stomach in the morning to gain maximum benefit.
