Coconut contains healthy short chain and medium chain fatty acids that are essential for good health and its a rich source of dietary fiber, and it is a super nutritious source of energy. Raisins have a high level of potassium which helps in hypertension and constipation. Almonds are a good source of vitamin E, fiber and flaxseed is a rich source of omega-3 which is heart healthy. Egg white and milk are a good source of protein all these ingredients together make the bar tasty as well as healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Shredded coconut flakes - 1 tbsp. 
  • Raisins, chopped - 1 tsp. 
  • Peanut butter - 1 tsp. 
  • Almond powder - 1 tsp 
  • Flaxseed powder - 1 tsp 
  • Olive oil - 1/2 tsp 
  • Egg whites - 1 no. 
  • Milk - 1 tbsp. 
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 F Step 2 Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough-like consistency  Step 3 Line a baking dish with parchment paper  Step 4 Rull out dough into a flat and even square.  Step 5 Bake for 15-20 minutes or until slightly hardened  Step 6 Let it  coul and slice into squares
