Coconut malai is a soft rich tasting flesh of coconuts that provides instant relief in the heat. It is a  good source of energy and vitamins. Almonds are rich in valuable nutrients for the body like magnesium, vitamin E, calcium, phosphorus, and dietary fiber. It promotes healthy digestion, moisturizes skin, enhances energy, and improves brain power.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Thick coconut malai- 1 tbsp 
  • Milk / Nut milk [Unsweetened] - 1 cup 
  • Almonds - 3-4 pcs 
  • Ice cubes- 3-4 pcs 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend the coconut malai, ice cubes and milk until it becomes smooth. Step 2 Pour it into a glass, and add some coconut malai on top. Step 3 Garnish with almonds and serve immediately.
