Cinnamon orange green tea is delicious and easy to prepare beverage that offers a wide range of health benefits. These include its ability to regulate blood sugar, lower cholesterol levels, prevent chronic diseases, improve digestion and strengthens the immune system. It is a great drink for people with diabetes as it combats high blood sugar levels. It is refreshing that also helps you in your battle with weight & boost immunity levels.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Dried orange peel - 1/2 cup 
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp 
  • Green tea leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 2 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl with a spoon. Store it in an air-tight jar. [If you can’t arrange for dried orange peel, you can add 2 tbsp fresh orange juice to the tea once it is ready]  Step 2 Take 1-2 teaspoon of the mixture and brew it with 1 cup of room temperature water or lukewarm water.  Step 3 Strain it and enjoy this refreshing tea!
