Baby corn is packed with both soluble and insoluble fibers that help stimulate healthy digestion. High protein and calcium content in paneer makes it an ideal food for bodybuilding. Celery is an excellent source of vitamin K and molybdenum. It is a very good source of folate, potassium, dietary fiber, manganese, and pantothenic acid.
