A traditional Chinese starter turns into a healthy wrap! It is loaded with different veggies whose crispy flavour makes them irresistibly delicious. It is rich in protein too. Baby corn is packed with both soluble and insoluble fibers that help stimulate healthy digestion. High protein and calcium content in paneer makes it an ideal food for bodybuilding. Celery is an excellent source of vitamin K and molybdenum. It is a very good source of folate, potassium, dietary fiber, manganese, and pantothenic acid. Celery is also a good source of vitamin B2, copper, vitamin C, vitamin B6, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids).

INGREDIENTS:
  • Wheat chapati/roti -2 no.
  • For the Chilli Paneer and Baby Corn Filling
  • Paneer - 4 cubes
  • Baby corn (boiled and cut) -  ¼ cup 
  • Spring onions whites (chopped) - ¼ cup
  • Celery (chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies (finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Garlic (chopped) - ¼ tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) - ¼ tsp
  • Capsicum (chopped) - ¼ cup 
  • Oil - 1 tsp 
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Soya Sauce - ¼ tsp
  • Water - 2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the oil in a non-stick pan add the spring onion whites and sauté for 2 minutes, till the onions turn translucent.  Step 2 Add the celery, green chillies, garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.  Step 3 Add the capsicum, paneer, baby corn, soya sauce and water and cook till sauce is nicely coated on the paneer, baby corn and veggies.  Step 4 Spread one portion of the filling in the center of the chapatti and rull up tightly.  Step 5 Warm the rulls on a hot tava (girdle) and serve.
