INGREDIENTS:
  • Bitter gourd [deseeded and chopped] - 2 tbsp.
  • Ginger [minced] - 1 tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp

  • Salt - as per taste
  • Pepper [crushed] - ¼ tsp
  • Water - to adjust the consistency

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend the chopped bitter gourd, minced ginger, salt, turmeric, and pepper with enough water. Adjust the consistency to the drinkable one. Step 2 Strain this juice and add the lemon juice and mix well. Step 3 Your juice is now ready.
