Bananas are incredibly healthy, convenient and one of the most delicious fruits. They are a good source of fiber,   potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients. Yogurt is an excellent source of protein, vitamin B12, calcium, phosphorus, and riboflavin.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Yogurt / hung curd - 1 cup 
  • Milk - 1/2 cup 
  • Ice cubes - 2-3 pcs
  • Cinnamon powder- 1/4 tsp 
  • Coffee powder- 1/2 tsp 
  • Banana - 1 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend the yogurt, ice cubes, coffee and cinnamon powder in a blender.  Step 2 Peel and cut the bananas. Add the pieces to the mixer and blend them until it becomes smooth. Step 3 Add milk as per your consistency requirement.  Step 4 Pour the lassi into a glass and serve it chilled immediately.
