INGREDIENTS:
  • Quinoa flakes/ wheat flakes [breakfast cereal] - ½ cup  
  • Almond milk [unsweetened] - 1 cup 
  • Beet [cooked and sliced] - 1 katori  
  • Raspberries/ strawberries [frozen, medium sizes] - 5-6 no. 
  • Banana [medium size, sliced] - 1 no.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, combine the almond milk, raspberries, beets, banana and quinoa/wheat flakes.  Step 2 Blend until smooth consistency.
