Baked spaghetti with fiber & protein which make you feel full. Spinach is also one of the best sources of dietary magnesium, which is necessary for energy metabolism, maintaining muscle and nerve function. Adding hung curd to this aids in protein and energy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spaghetti - 1 katori
  • Spinach chopped - 8-10 leaves
  • Onion chopped - 1 small
  • Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper powder - to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and saute till they turn translucent. Keep aside. Step 2 Combine spaghetti, spinach, onions, curds, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.Layer the mixture in a baking dish.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. Step 3 Serve hot.
