INGREDIENTS:
  • Greek yogurt [unsweetened] - 100 ml. 
  • Apple [ diced into pieces ] - 1 no. 
  • Walnut [ roughly chopped ] - 1 tbsp. 
  • Cinnamon - a pinch
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and cinnamon.  Step 2 Spoon the chopped apple on top, then sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.
