INGREDIENTS:
  • Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp

  • Ajwain leaves - 4 to 5 leaves
  • Mint leaves - 2 to 3 leaves
  • Water - 1.5 glass
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend all the ingredients and boil them for 5 min in water. Step 2 Strain the water and add 2/3 crushed mint leaves. Step 3 Enjoy this drink in the morning.
