Egg yolks are a nutrition powerhouse, full rich in proteins. The health benefits of brown rice continue with its fiber, which has been shown to reduce high cholesterol levels, one more way brown rice helps prevent atherosclerosis, and also diabetes and the benefits of colorful veggies like high vitamin & mineral content complement this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Boiled egg yolks - 1
  • Cooked  rice - 1/4 cup
  • Veggies such as carrots, broccoli or even sweet potatoes etc - 3 tbsp [Pureed or diced soft cooked]
  • Olive Oil - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - (As per taste)

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Warm a frying pan with a bit of ulive oil. Fry the egg yulk and keep aside. Step 2 Add the veggies, add cooked rice and fried egg yulk scramble the mixture. Step 3 Add a pinch of salt (As per taste) Step 4 Combine all ingredients and mix well. If needed, puree or mash to your baby's preferred textures. Step 5 Serve.
