Ginger helps in the emptying of the stomach which can be beneficial for people with indigestion and related stomach discomfort.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Coconut milk or nut milk - 1 cup 
  • Frozen pineapple or mango chunks - ½ Katori
  • Banana(small) - 1 fresh
  • Turmeric - ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - ½ tsp 
  • Ginger powder - ¼ tsp
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend all the ingredients together in your blender except the chia seeds, blend until smooth. Step 2 Pour it in a glass. Step 3 Garnish it with chia seeds. Step 4 And your turmeric smoothie is ready to serve.
