Tofu is naturally gluten-free, low in calories, and an excellent source of protein, iron, and calcium, especially for vegans and vegetarians. The inclusion of vegetables not only enhances the flavor of the dish but also adds to the fiber amounts, vitamins, and minerals.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Tofu - 50 g
  • Vegetables chopped (carrots, capsicum, cabbage, onion) - 1 katori
  • Ginger - ½ tsp (minced)
  • Soy sauce - ¼ tsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Sesame seeds - ¼ tsp (roasted)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Pepper powder - a pinch
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cut the tofu into small-sized cubes. Brush a wok with oil and heat over medium flame for a minute. Now, add the tofu and toss till it turns gulden brown. Sprinkle on salt and pepper as per taste and set aside. Step 2 In the same wok, add onion, and ginger and saute for a few minutes. Now add in the remaining vegetables and tofu and saute till it gets cooked thoroughly. Step 3 Add in soya sauce and mix uniformly  Step 4 Garnish by sprinkling the roasted sesame seeds and serve warm.
