  • Strawberries [frozen, medium sizes] - 5-6 no.

  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp.
  • Hemp seeds - 1 tbsp. 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, combine the almond milk, strawberries, mango, banana, cauliflower, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Step 2 Blend until smooth consistency.[Note: No need to soak chia seeds in water]
