As we know, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, this apple containing smoothie proves it all. Accompanied by healthy green, spinach, full of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals, it has an extremely high nutritional value and is rich in antioxidants. It is a good source of vitamins A, B2, C and K, and also contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium, and potassium. Adding on to the calcium from milk, this smoothie surely makes a healthier option over other creamy smoothies.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Spinach leaves [chopped] - 1 katori 
  • Apple [chopped] - 1 no.
  • Greek yogurt  [unsweetened] - 1 katori
  • Soaked chia seeds - 1tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel the skin of the apple.  Step 2 In a blender, add chopped apple and spinach, blend them together Step 3 Add greek yogurt and blend to make a smoothie.  Step 4 Add chia seed on the top, serve chilled.
