Chickpeas are a good source of protein and fiber which helps in weight loss and maintain blood glucose level. Hummus is a healthy dip/spread which is widely used as sandwich spreads or as a dip for nachos, chips, vegetable sticks.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Boiled chickpeas - 15g
  • Roasted garlic cloves - 2 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Chipotle peppers - 1
  • Tahini paste - 1 tsp 
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Grounded black pepper - as per to taste 
  • Olive oil - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add boiled chickpea, garlic cloves, lemon juice, chipotle peppers, Tahini paste, salt, black pepper and ulive oil in a grinder. Grind it to make a smooth paste.  Step 2 Ready to serve.
