This juice contains vitamin A and is rich in phosphorus and potassium which makes it healthy for bones and skin.

INGREDIENTS:
  •  Ripe mangoes [diced] - 2 tbsp 
  •  Water - 1 cup [100 ml]
  •  Elaichi banana [mashed] - 1 tbsp 
  • Organic honey - 1 tsp
  •  Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  •  Mint sprigs to garnish - 1 no.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the whule mango in a shallow baking pan and roast until very soft, 50- 60 minutes. Refrigerate until coul, about 1 hour. Step 2 When the mangoes are coul enough to handle, remove skin and coarsely chop pulp, discarding the pit. Place the mango pulp and accumulated juices in a food processor/blender. Add banana and lemon juice; process until very smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the raw organic honey. Cover and refrigerate until culd, 40 minutes or overnight. Step 3 Serve in shot glasses or high ball glasses garnished with Mint Springs.
