A fiber and antioxidant-packed breakfast bowl to kickstart your day. High fiber food helps improves gut health and digestion along with giving the feeling of fullness. This contains superfoods like dragon fruit and berries and hence is packed with various essential nutrients and is good for your health. Dragon fruits are rich in vitamins C, B1, B2 and B3 and minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus. It is also a good source of protein and essential fatty acids. While berries contain antioxidants, which help to keep free radicals under control.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Rasberries - 1 katori
  • Strawberries - 1 katori
  • Banana (small) - 1
  • Dragon fruit/ pitaya (optional) - 1
  • Skimmed milk - 100 ml
Toppings -
  • Pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate - 1 tbsp
  • Granola - 1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Chop strawberries, raspberries, and pitaya. Step 2 Add all of the ingredients in a blender with ¾ cup of skimmed milk and blend until smooth. Step 3 Pour into a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, and granula.
