Paneer oats Sandesh is a healthy alternative for gulab jamun, jalebi or rasgulla. It is a very good option as it is not a friend but also suffices our sweet cravings. Cow’s milk paneer is a rich source of protein and calcium other than being filled with magnesium, potassium, folate, phosphorous, iron. Oats is very high in soluble fiber which is a protective factor against diabetes, high cholesterol levels, poor heart health, and obesity.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Cow's milk Paneer - 50 g
  • Roasted oats powder - 30 g
  • Milk powder - 1 tsp 
  • Cardamon powder - 1 tsp 
  • Vanilla essence - 1 or 2 drops 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take homemade panner. Mash with palm continuously till it is soft. Step 2 Take a non-stick kadhai on the gas and add paneer and sauté for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Step 3 Keep it aside till it couls down. Step 4 Add milk powder, roasted oats powder and vanilla essence in Paneer batter. Step 5 Take the panner batter and make small round balls. Paneer oats Sandesh is ready to eat
