Paneer is also an excellent source of calcium making it a healthy food choice for everyone. Other minerals and vitamins help women during menopause in reducing their stress level and depression through good nutrition. Paneer is a great source of protein. Ginger is known to cure and prevent illnesses and problems like headaches, colds, cough flu, sore throat.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer [cubed] [low fat] - 50 g
  • Green capsicums [diced] - ½ no.
  • Deseeded tomato [diced] - ½ no.
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala - ½ tsp.
For Marination:
  • Yogurt - 1 tbsp. 
  • Ginger- garlic paste - ½ tsp.
  • Red chili powder -  ½ tsp. 
  • Turmeric powder -  a pinch
  • Anardana powder - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp.
  • Salt - to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cut paneer into cubes. Step 2 Mix together all the ingredients meant for marination and mix well. marinate the paneer cubes for 20 minutes.  Step 3 Heat some oil/spray oil on a Tawa, place the paneer cubes, and shallow fry till crisp on the surface. Step 4 Drain on an absorbent paper.  Step 5 Toss the capsicums and tomato pieces in the remaining marinade and saute them in the remaining oil on the Tawa for 2 to 3 minutes. Step 6 Place a capsicum and tomato piece on each paneer cube and pierce with a toothpick. If lazy, toss all of this on a plate :) Step 7 Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
