Curd and mutton are rich in protein. Cucumber is low in calories and rich in minerals potassium and magnesium; also has a high water content that cools the body and also aids in weight loss.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mutton - 20 g
  • Green chilli paste - ½ tsp
  • Hot dog bun - 1 no
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Sauce - ½ tbsp
  • Lime juice - ½ tsp
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Cucumber (peeled lengthwise) - ¼ of a small cucumber
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - as per  to taste
  • Pepper - as per to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Pressure cook mutton with salt and green chilli and ¼ cup water. Keep them moist and don't let them dry out completely. Step 2 Open the hot dog rulls and spread curd and chilli sauce on the insides. Place the cooked meat pieces into the rull.  Step 3 Sprinkle with a little lime juice and top with slices of onion, cucumber, coriander, salt, and pepper.
