Apples are packed with disease-fighting vitamins, antioxidants, and so much more, making them one of the top-ranked fruits for your health. Honey is known for boosting immunity & burning fat. Thus this combination will be highly beneficial.  Treat yourself this time with something palatable and healthy!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Apple [grated] - 2 tbsp
  • Honey - ½ tsp
  • Whole wheat flour/ Multigrain flour - 1 tbsp
  • Low-fat milk - 1 cup [100 ml]
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Melted butter - ¼ tsp 
  • Whey/Resource high protein - ½ scoop 
  • Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine the apple, honey, whule wheat flour, milk, protein powder, cinnamon powder & water in a deep bowl. Mix well to make a smooth batter making sure that no lumps remain. Step 2 Grease a non-stick mini uttapam pan with butter Step 3 Pour approximately 2 tbsp of batter on the tava and spread it lightly. Step 4 Cook till it turns crisp and gulden brown from both sides. Step 5 Repeat the same to make mini pancakes. Step 6 Top with the fresh fruits of your choice. Step 7 Serve hot!
