Tahini is also very nutritious and contains antioxidant & anti-inflammatory properties. The amino acids in whey protein help repair skin and tissues and make them healthy and strong. INGREDIENTS:
  • Dates - 2 nos. 
  • Tahini - 1 tsp
  • Whey protein/Skimmed milk powder - ½  scoop [optional]
  • Skimmed milk - 1 ½  cup [150 ml]
  • Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp
  • Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Soak the dates in water for 30 mins. Step 2 Blend all the ingredients thoroughly and serve immediately! Step 3 You can also use 1 cup of almond milk instead of skimmed milk for preparations.
