Foxtail millet is a good source of fiber, protein, and minerals. Sweet potatoes are rich in complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and beta-carotene. Therefore it is a healthy option.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Foxtail millet - 1 tbsp
  • Green peas - 20g [steamed]
  • Sweet potato - 30g [boiled and mashed]
  • Gram flour - 1 tsp 
  • Onion - ½ [small]
  • Ginger - 1 inch [grated]
  • Green chilli - 1 no.
  • Mint leaves - a few 
  • Chaat masala powder - ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - ½  tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add the green peas, mint, ginger and green chilli into the processor and blend to get a coarse paste. Step 2 Transfer this to a large mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients into the bowl, except the oil. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Step 3 Once combined well, shape the kebabs into circular discs and keep them aside. Step 4 Grease and preheat a pan on medium-high heat. Place the kebabs onto the pan. Step 5 Drizzle a bit of oil over each kebab and cook until the kebabs are evenly browned on both sides. Step 6 Once done, serve along with green chutney.
