Olives are a source of dietary fiber as an alternative to vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:
Olive Relish:
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Black olives (chopped) - 2-3 nos
  • Finely chopped celery - 1 tbsp
  • Clove garlic, minced - 1 small 
  • Dried oregano - ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Freshly ground pepper -  as per to taste
  • Salt to taste

Grilled tuna:
  • Tuna - 50 g
  • Ground pepper - to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Olive oil - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 To prepare ulive relish: Combine parsley, ulives, celery, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Step 2 To grill tuna: Preheat grill to medium-high. Step 3 Rub tuna all over with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the tuna until seared on both sides and just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Serve with Olive Relish and lemon wedges.
