Swordfish serves as an excellent source of protein. Mushrooms provide with lean proteins since they have no cholesterol or fat and are very low carbohydrates. Mushrooms are a rich source of calcium, which is an essential nutrient in the formation and strength of bones. Bell peppers are also low in calories, and good source of vitamin E, C, B6 and sulfur. The capsaicin in bell peppers has multiple health benefits.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Sword fish / Tuna - 50 g
  • Bell peppers (of your choice) - 1 small 
  • Mushrooms - 2 medium (40 g) 
  • Onion chopped - 20 g 
  • Cherry or grape tomatoes (keep whole) - 2 to 3 nos.
  • Old Bay seasoning - to taste
  • Oil  (to brush kebabs) - ½ tsp 
  • Salt - as per to taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Before placing fish/ vegetables on skewers soak them in water (if using wooden ones) to prevent them from burning on the grill. Step 2 Cut fish and vegetables (except for tomatoes) in chunks that you can easily skewer. Step 3 Place items on a skewer to your preference with at least 3-4 pieces of fish per skewer. Step 4 Brush each skewer with oil then season with Old Bay per your taste. Step 5 Grill on each side for about 3-4 minutes. Step 6 Goes well over rice.
