Chicken is high in protein, low in sodium, and is a good source of blood-building vitamin B6, bone-strengthening phosphorus, and cell-protecting selenium. Zucchini is one of the very low-calorie vegetables and it contains no saturated fats or cholesterol. Its peel is a good source of dietary fiber. It is a very good source of potassium, potassium is a heart-friendly electrolyte and helps bring the reduction in blood pressure and heart rates by countering pressure-effects of sodium.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken - 50g
  • Zucchini [sliced] - 2 medium 
  • Garlic [minced] - 2 cloves
  • Dried oregano - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Black pepper [grounded] - as per to taste 
  • Fat feta cheese [crumbled] - 1 tsp 
  • Oil - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.  Step 2 In a baking pan, toss together all of the ingredients except the feta cheese. Step 3 Bake for 20 minutes. Raise the temperature to 475 degrees F.   Step 4 Spread the feta over the top of the chicken and zucchini and continue to bake until the chicken is cooked through and lightly gulden, about 10 minutes longer.  Step 5 Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
