Red lentils are a good source of protein. Turmeric powder in this hummus gives flour to the hummus. Hummus is a healthy dip/spread which is widely used as sandwich spreads or as a dip for nachos, chips, vegetable sticks.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Cooked red lentils - 30 g
  • Tahini paste - 1 tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Garlic clove - 1 
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp 
  • Cumin - ¼ tsp 
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Olive oil -  ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add cooked red lentils, tahini paste, turmeric powder, cumin, ulive oil, lemon juice, and garlic clove in a grinder to make a smooth paste. Step 2 Ready to serve.
