This salad is a good source of protein, fibre and also minerals. Also, the addition of grapes contains antioxidants & curd is also a probiotic.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Curd - 2 tbsp. 
  • Grapes [chopped] - 15 g
  • Curry powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Lettuce leaf [torn] - 2-3 nos.
  • Boiled Chicken [chopped] - 50 g

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix low-fat curd with grapes, curry powder, and salt.  Step 2 Chop the lettuce and combine the chicken with the curd mixture, and spoon on top of the beds of lettuce. Step 3  Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
