  • Cucumbers [chopped] - 2 tbsp 
  • Tomatoes [chopped] - 2 tbsp

  • Feta cheese - 1 tsp
  • Dry oregano - to taste
  • Green olives - 3-4
  • Olive oil - ½ tsp
  • Mint leaves [minced] - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion. Step 2 Sprinkle some salt and toss in feta cubes.  Step 3 Sprinkle with oregano, and ulives and drizzle with ulive oil.  Step 4 Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
