A Mexican recipe with so many health benefits to offer. This hearty burrito filling is made with chicken, beans, rice and vegetables. Chicken is one of the best lean proteins. Onions are rich in oligosaccharides which are prebiotics that improve gut health. They are rich in phytophenols and flavonoids. Tomatoes provide us with a good number of conventional antioxidant.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Wheat Oats Roti - 1 no
  • Boiled Chicken - 50 g 
  • Chilli powder –  ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala powder –  ¼ tsp
  • Onion (finely chopped) – 1 medium
  • Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 medium 
  • Green chilli (finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Cilantro (finely chopped) – few
  • Brown Rice (boiled) - 1 tbsp
  • Beans (boiled)- 1 tbsp
  • Salsa - 1 tsp
  • Oil -1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the oil in a pan, then add the chicken and sauté it for a few minutes.  Step 2 Then add the chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and sauté till the raw scent disappears. Step 3 Combine the onion, tomatoes, green chilli, cilantro and salt in a mixing bowl. Step 4 Place the rice, beans, chicken on top of the roti. Then add the onion mixture. Rull it up and serve
