This sandwich is not only rich in protein but also, packed with vitamins & minerals which make it a good alternative for sandwich lovers as a weight loss high protein meal.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Multigrain bread - 2 slices
  • Cabbage - 2 tbsp (shredded)
  • Carrot - 2 tbsp (grated)
  • Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  • Paneer - 2 tbsp (crumbled)
  • Coriander - 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Mint coriander chutney - 1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a bowl, add cabbage, carrot, paneer hung curd, coriander, and salt, and mix thoroughly. Step 2 Now toast the slices and spread on mint coriander chutney uniformly. Step 3 Fill in the prepared stuffing and serve immediately!
