INGREDIENTS:
  • Wheat Tortilla -1 no
  • Hummus - 2 tbsp
  • Beetroot (grated) - ¼ cup 
  • Carrot (grated) - ¼ cup 
  • Green Peas (boiled) - ¼ cup 
  • Sprouts - ¼ cup
  • Lettuce - 1 no
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla.  Step 2 Top with the beetroot, carrot, green peas and sprouts.  Step 3 Wrap it to make a thick rull and serve.
