Avocado is incredibly nutritious. They contain more potassium and are loaded with fiber. Avocado is also loaded with heart-healthy Monounsaturated fatty acids.  Hung curd contains calcium and satisfying protein. Lemon juice, pepper, and herbs make this recipe a delicious dip.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Hung curd - 2 tbsp 
  • Avocado - ½ large 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Herbs - ½ tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Place the avocado in a bowl.  Step 2 Add 2 tbsp. hung curd, mix both properly.  Step 3 Add ½ tsp. herb, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.  Step 4 Served with multigrain toast.
