Acai berries contain more antioxidants than other commonly eaten berries. They also are high in fiber and heart-healthy fats. The antioxidant effects of acai berries have largely been attributed to phenolic compounds.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Acai berry puree - 1 katori
  • Banana -  ½ no.
  • Strawberries - 4 nos.
  • Mango / Apple - ½ no.
  • Blueberries - 4 nos.
  • Almond milk / Greek Yogurt- 100ml
Toppings:
  • Strawberries - 5 nos.
  • Banana - ½ no.
  • Mango (optional) - ½ no.
  • Granola - 1tbsp
  • Blueberries - 5 nos.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Step 2 Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
